How a Plastic Pelletizing Machine Works

Extrusion

The plastic waste is fed into an extruder, where it is melted and formed into a continuous strand.

The melted PP is cooled, often using cold water or air cooling systems to solidify the strands.

The cooled strands are chopped into small pellets using a pelletizing die or cutter.

  • 1 Screws are carefully designed and developed by engineers. The entire machine and every component are fully equipped. The heating circuit uses three fire lines and one zero line.
  • 2 The screw is designed for the material characteristics — the output is high, the material has good gloss and the particles are full. The whole machine configuration is increased, the service life of the equipment is extended, and the appearance is rationalized.
