How a Plastic Pelletizing Machine Works

🔥 Extrusion

The plastic waste is fed into an extruder, where it is melted and formed into a continuous strand.

❄️ Cooling

The melted PP is cooled, often using cold water or air cooling systems to solidify the strands.

✂️ Pelletizing

The cooled strands are chopped into small pellets using a pelletizing die or cutter.

💨 Drying

Any excess moisture is removed from the pellets to prepare them for further use or sale.

1 Screws are carefully designed and developed by engineers. The entire machine and every component are fully equipped. The heating circuit uses three fire lines and one zero line.
